<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>It all started in 1970 with a dream to start with a Dairy and restaurant by the revered Late Shri Shyam Sundar Harwani. His vision was to highlight Bhopal on the Food map of Madhya Pradesh and excite the Bhopali’s heartbeat with super amazing food, sweets and savoury delights. The dream in a very short while went on to become the most treasured and loved sweet shop and restaurant the town ever had.</span></p>
<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>Manohar Dairy and Restaurant, known for its excellence in quality came up with its first outlet on Hamidia road with an intention of selling dairy products on 15th April 1970 as we were already dealing in supply of milk and milk products in M.P and gradually we moved towards Restaurant and Sweet Business.</span></p>
<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>In the year 1978 after the sad demise of Mr Shyam Sunder Harwani, the legacy of Manohar Dairy and Restaurant was continued by his sons Mr Manohar Harwani and Mr Murli Harwani. The outlet came into limelight when started offering vast variety of contemporary replenishing dishes by our chefs to leave a lasting impact on our guests.</span></p>
<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>50 years later we strive every day to stay true to the promise of serving delectable pallet of Indian dishes and desserts at pleasantly surprising pricing. For us our customers are our families. And we want to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for loving and supporting us throughout.</span></p>

<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>The logistics of delivery shall be handled by us either directly or through our delivery partners. At the time of confirming an order, an estimated time of delivery depending on your location would also be shared with you along with a contact number for tracking status of your order. Please note that we work our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as we can but sometimes due to external factors like traffic, strikes, lockdoens etc., your order might take a while longer.</span></p>

<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>Please note that all orders shall be considered confirmed unless you cancel the order before it is dispatched to you. You need to call us in order to cancel your order or to change your order before its dispatch. There are no cancellation charges if you cancel your order in the given timelines. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and no refund will be processed in such cases. All the communications will be shared with you on your registered mobile number or email id.</span></p>

<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>However, if there is any legal dispute, then such dispute shall be handled by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Seller. The language of Arbitration shall be English only and the location shall be Bhopal.</span></p>

<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Manohar Foods customer care executive within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for cancellation/refund could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help Manohar Foods team to take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer's liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.</span></p>
<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.</span></p>
<p><span style='color: rgb(0,0,0);'>We will usually process refunds within 2-3 business days after a refund request is approved. Then, the Payment Gateway partner takes about 7-10 business days to process the refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.</span></p>
